Macaroni is another easy to prepare dish and I like to cook it sometimes for dinner or mostly to pack with meal box.
This recipe is bit spicy, but the amount of sauces can be adjusted.
Here is the recipe
Ingredients: (2 servings)
1 cup of macaroni
Mix of vegetables about 1 cup (carrot,cabbage,spring onion )
Cooking oil 2 tbspn
1 tbspn tomato sauce
1 tbspn chilli sauce or sambal chilli
Water to cook macaroni
1 tspn ginger garlic paste
Boil water & cook macaroni for about 10 minutes or until soft.(use the package directions)
Add some salt to the water while cooking macaroni.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add ginger garlic paste when oil is hot.
Once it gets the fragrance, add all vegetable mix & mix well.
When the veggies are cooked, add tomato sauce & chili sauce.
Add cooked macaroni to this & mix all together.
Add more sauce according to your taste
Simmer for few minutes & remove from the flame.
And I used it to pack in meal boxes.
