This Mango Sorbet recipe is easy to prepare.Fantastic,quick & simple!!
It is creamier & full of mango flavour.
When you serve it,can be served with pieces of mango or can be mixed with vanila ice cream.
Try this fantastic recipe & make your family & friends delight!!!!
Ingredients: (for 2 servings)

fresh ripe mangos
3-4 Tbsp fresh milk
1 tsp lemon juice




Method

First peel the mango & cut into cubes.

Add mango pieces,milk & lime juice together in a food processor or a blender & blend until smooth.



Blend until you get a smooth mango puree.Pour it into a bowl.



Place the bowl covered,in a freezer about 4-5 hours or until it get hard.

Decorate it with some fruits.I used few grapes.

Now Mango Sorbet is ready to serve.Scoop it to bowls & serve.Enjoy!!!

  3. How interesting to find a blog of Sri Lankan foods. I don't care for mango, but our neighbor with a huge mango tree just brought two very large ones over, and my kids and husband both like it, so perhaps this will be a nice change for them. Thank you!
